Chateau Beachside Resort, located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, catering to short-term rentals and Airbnb guests. Built in 1975, the resort's dual key units boast stunning views of the city, ocean, and rivers, embodying the coastal lifestyle.
The renovation focuses on optimising functionality in the two-bedroom units, with updated kitchens and bathrooms, as well as refreshing window dressings and furnishings to enhance guest comfort and style. This is a budget driven renovation, keeping in mind it is an investment property. With its prime location and modern amenities, the revamped apartment promises a luxurious and memorable stay for traveler's seeking a beachside getaway.

Design Statement
The interior design radiates a chic coastal aesthetic, seamlessly blending modern elements with a touch of warmth conveyed by the light timber accents. Mirroring strategically placed throughout the space not only amplifies natural light but also maximises the breathtaking waterfront views from various angles, creating an illusion of spaciousness. The kitchens functionality will allow for a better use of the space creating a bigger living area. While maintaining a focus on budget, the bathroom's layout remains the same. Updates to fixtures, fittings and equipment, will boast new beginnings. A coastal and relaxed mood through out to keep guest coming back.
