Residential development located in Keilor Park, 15km from Melbourne City. From one single dwelling to 2 double story detached units. A contemporary modern facade will draw in new tenants or buyers in due course. The interiors are to have a contemporary modern feel with a mid range fixtures, fitting and equipment. There are 2 Master bedrooms with walk in robe and ensuite, 2 Bedrooms with robes, 2 living areas, a theatre, 2 powder rooms, a main bathroom, kitchen and laundry. The living room must include modern gas fireplace. The homes will be for a young professional couples or families. The Interior are to interests new buyers or for long term tenants.
Design Statement
The interior design seamlessly integrates with the modern facade, characterised by earthy hues that set a welcoming tone. A neutral colour palette complements the stone, allowing it to take center stage as the main feature. The use of brushed gunmetal and reeded edges adds a touch of luxury and sophistication to the interiors. Modern appliances are strategically incorporated to cater to both entertaining and everyday needs. The functionality of the space creates an open feel while also offering privacy when desired. Ample windows flood the space with natural light, while carefully selected window dressings contribute to a cozy and private atmosphere. Through the use of stone, tiles, and carpet, a harmonious rhythm is established, guiding occupants seamlessly through the various spaces.
