The plan entails replacing the carpet in all bedrooms and the theatre room, while updating lighting fixtures with new pendants in the kitchen, dining area, and outdoor space. Ample seating accommodating 6-8 individuals will be arranged in the living room. A blend of coastal and modern elements will infuse the space with a fresh ambiance, rejuvenating the outdated furnishings. Keeping in mind the homeowners' love for island travel, entertaining friends and family, the objective is to create a cohesive and relaxed atmosphere throughout the home. A quiet luxury that is low maintenance and shows off the beauty of the architecture.
